We built this for ourselves first.
DND Systems is a small senior team from Germany, Poland and North Macedonia, based in Larnaca, Cyprus. Together we carry more than 20 years of experience in operations, software engineering and AI implementation — and we run our own company exactly the way we build for our clients.

Our story
From doing the admin ourselves to engineering it away.
We did not come to this from a lab. We come from running companies: quotes that had to go out the same evening, invoices nobody had time to chase, documents living in five different inboxes. Growth never felt like progress, because every new client added another layer of administration.
So we started rebuilding our own operation. Not with another subscription, but with one system that knew how the business actually worked — and with AI agents doing the recurring work inside it. Accounting, quoting, document handling, follow-ups: reworked one domain at a time.
It worked. The company kept growing and the paperwork stopped growing with it. Everything we now build for clients was tested on ourselves first — that is the only reason we are comfortable putting it into someone else's business.
How we work
We reworked our own company with AI — not automated it blindly.
There is a real difference between automating a process and rethinking it with AI. Automation copies an old workflow, mistakes included. We take the process apart, decide what still makes sense, and only then build it — with an AI workforce doing the volume and a person holding the decision.

A quote is drafted from the real project data in minutes, in our own wording and pricing logic. The person responsible checks it and sends it.

Enquiries are understood, sorted and prepared with context. Nothing is answered on autopilot when it matters — the reply is ours.

Numbers are collected continuously instead of assembled once a quarter. Leadership sees the state of the business, not a spreadsheet exercise.
Our principle
Full automation produces confident mistakes.
Every system we build has a human in the loop where judgement, money or reputation is involved. AI does the volume — reading, drafting, sorting, preparing, monitoring. People decide. That single rule is why our systems stay in production instead of being switched off after three months.

Where we are
Why Cyprus.
We are originally from Germany, Poland and North Macedonia. We moved the company to Larnaca because Cyprus has quietly become one of Europe's centres of gravity for AI and software engineering: the talent density is real, the regulatory environment is EU-based and predictable, and the pace here pushed us to go faster than we would have anywhere else.
For clients this is simply practical. An EU legal entity, EU data protection, EU contracts — and a team in a timezone that reaches Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas in the same working day.

Defines the target picture before a line of code is written: how the business should run once daily administration no longer lands on the leadership team. From that, a clear plan emerges of which work the system takes over and where humans deliberately keep control.

Runs the discovery phase: which tasks occur daily, which workflows repeat, where time is lost today. He records those processes, documents them so anyone can follow them, and turns them into the delivery plan the engineering team works from.

Turns the plan into the client's own software. Processes are implemented, tested and refined until the system feels obvious to use. Then the AI agents are built on top of it and put into production, domain by domain.
